Super simple oven cooking - green onion, garlic, and grilled pork ribs

If you don't have an oven at home, it's similar if you use an air fryer


And the temperature and time of the oven vary slightly from machine to machine. 


There can be a difference between plus and minus 10 degrees and 10 minutes.

Pork has a lot of oil


When using a frying pan, there is a lot of oil splashing,

This time, I bought pork ribs with bones attached.

There are times when you want to hold onto your bones and eat it






Put cooking foil on the oven tray to clean up the oil


Put the lumps of pork ribs on top. 


And in the meantime, cut the chopped green onions and put them in the middle


Sprinkle about 20 garlic here and there, too


Sprinkle the salt on top of it


The oil came out of the meat and it settled on the floor 


It has the effect of gently grilling green onions and garlic. 


Bake the oven for 170 degrees 25 minutes, open it, and turn the meat and green onions upside down


And please bake it for 25 minutes
