What would you buy if you invested now? Going into real estate, REITs!! Entering US real estate VNQ!!

I'm doing my best in bitcoin trading

Not all assets are being tucked into virtual currency.

They bought and sold stocks, real estate, and various products.

Looking at the won/dollar chart

Is there a possibility that there will be a problem with the exchange rate??? I was suspicious.

You can't judge everything by looking at the chart, so you shouldn't blindly trust it

We decided to take this opportunity to check our portfolio again.

So far, the portfolio has been

Big tech companies in the U.S. / were divided into semiconductor parts stocks in Korea.

The ratio is about 2:1, which means we have more big tech in the United States.

Among them, there is a suspicion that there might be a problem with the Korean won

I'm thinking that the Korean stock market can also fluctuate.

Bitcoin has too much kimchi premium in the won market

I was thinking that this might be an abnormal sign for the exchange rate, not Gimp,

When YouTube Premium suddenly received an e-mail that raised subscription fees by more than 40%

I wondered if the Korean exchange rate had a red light on.

We sell off our won assets,

Japanese stocks, which are showing a rebound after the yen's depreciation

I'm thinking of entering the American REITs.

There was a lot of news about the serious commercial real estate crisis in the United States

That could mean that the price is near the low point right now.

Or it could fall even further,

At the very least, there's no need for a topknot.

I think it's about the knee.

Even if it falls even lower than it is now, the dividend rate is good due to the nature of REITs

If you go into the price now, you can receive a steady dividend of 3.5% to 4%.

The price is also very low right now, so I think the price may more than double in the long run for 3 to 4 years.

I think we'll be able to get a pretty good profit if we add the dividend income

ETF, a collection of the best REITs among real estate in the U.S

I'm thinking of entering an ETF called Vanguard's VNQ.

I think it's the right time to buy high-quality real estate at a low point.

If you're thinking of adjusting your portfolio, you should put it in your review and study it!

And there are ETFs with assets spread evenly in blue-chip real estate around the world, not in the United States, so please review them together
