Simple dish of pollack roe tofu - It's not Myeongnyang tofu, it's pollack roe

Today's ingredients are a head of tofu and a lump of pollack roe. 


It's soy sauce and sesame oil. 


If you have one, you can sprinkle sesame seeds at the end, but it's not necessary. 






First, drain the tofu and place it on a plate. 


And put a piece of pollack roe on top of it, or depending on your taste. 


And wrap it up with a wrap


Or if you have a separate lid for the microwave oven, you can cover it. 


If you don't cover it, the pollack roe will be steamed in the microwave and pop


You have to take off the pollack eggs attached to the walls on all sides of the microwave oven. 


Please put a wrap on it to prevent such an annoying situation. 


Place pollack roe on top of tofu and heat in microwave for 4-5 minutes. 


5 minutes if you like the pollack roe fully cooked 


Or you can do it for three to four minutes. 


And as it warms up again, throw away the water from the tofu along the side. 


Don't pour water and turn your head upside down
