Simple dish - Let's make seaweed soup with a lot of sesame oil

 Who can't make seaweed soup? Is there a need to use a recipe???


But it could be different for each person


New cooking people, foreigners, or children can look it up!!!


And there may be days when I want to cook seaweed soup in a different style than usual, so I'll try it first. 






The dishes I cook are not very diverse. 


There are times when I watch YouTube and cook something different


I think I use about 10 fixed menus. 


They are based on how children enjoy their food. 


If children eat well while trying this or that, it becomes a fixed menu. 


Right now, this seaweed soup is often used as a regular recipe at my house. 


The North Fish Soup and Egg Soup are out. The children don't like it. 






The characteristic of our seaweed soup recipe is that we add a lot of sesame oil and stir-fry the meat with it. 


First, heat the pot a little bit and add about 6 tablespoons of sesame oil 


Put a ox ring cut into pieces for soup and stir-fry it sweetly. 


You don't have to cook it completely, just stir-fry it until the meat turns gray. 


Before that, cut the seaweed into pieces and soak them in water. 


When you're done stir-frying the meat, add the soaked seaweed with water. 


I think about 30g is enough, not too much seaweed. 


It is based on 300g of meat and about 1.8 liters of water. 


Boil over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes. 


Then I think it evaporates about 300 millimeters. 


Put about 8 tablespoons of soy sauce and add the additional seasoning with salt, tasting it according to your personal preference. 




The end! It's so easy. 


Our recipe doesn't have anything other than stir-fry with sesame oil, but this also changes the flavor a lot. 


Instead, there's a lot of oil in the soup. 


Some people like this style, and some people like clean and simple colors.
