Apple Store Breakdown Repair Visit Review - Kind and tidy! But it's slow.

Time to write down what I saw, heard, and felt.

Most are media-related content,

Sometimes, I want to review the experiences that take place in travel or life.

It's like a hotel, or some kind of experience.

I was a total cost-effective person until a while ago, about two years ago.

I implemented the same or similar level of function, but it's more expensive??

He wasn't very receptive to brand premium.

Even before Apple's iPhone came out

For similar reasons, I didn't use my Samsung phone well.

I used to use LG or Sky Phone.

I bought an iPhone 4 and used it after the first iPhone came out.

The reason is that compared to Samsung and other Android phones at the time

The completeness was overwhelmingly good.

Something like omni-haptic... Galaxy S2 is also.. Think about it and you'll see.

But Android phones follow me a lot

We're going to show better performance in cameras and other equipment

All along I've been a Galaxy phone user.

For quite a long time.

And now

iPhone - iPad - MacBook - I'm using all of my iMacs

I bought an Apple Watch and it's being delivered

I've truly become a madman for Apple.

I even have quite a few Apple shares. (There's no Samjeon)

Fortunately, I don't know if I've been lucky enough to draw,

Apple's various devices were free from failure-free

I never came to the service center.

This is my first experience.

Samsung's service center not only provides a number of phones, but also

laptops, vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc

I have a lot of experience in the center because I use so many things.

You can think of it as a comparative experience.

First of all, kindness.

kindness beyond comprehension.

He is kind enough to call it excessive kindness.

If I tell you the reason for the visit at the entrance

Escort, sit down and explain step by step.

It has a smooth connection with the staff who fit the purpose of the visit

There is little time to wait.

And there's no hard system or desk

It flows smoothly as if asking a friend.

All the employees carry tablets

The tasks are linked in real time.

In that respect, it's a little burdensome, but it's very comfortable.

This kind of kindness is possible

There are so many employees at the Apple Store.

Why are there always so many people in the Apple Store?

If you go in and look closely, more than half of them are employees.

There are far more employees than customers. I'm not exaggerating.

No matter how many customers come, they are ready to respond almost one-on-one as soon as they come.

The quality of service increases as much as labor costs are spared.

In my case, I went because my MacBook broke down,

It is said that it takes three days to leave it and diagnose it and confirm it.

-.-;;?????? - . - ???? Huh ?????

Samsung is... There's some waiting until we sit at the table, but..

I'll be diagnosed in about 10 minutes

Even if the repair is slow, it'll be over in an hour???

It takes three days to diagnose??????

And if there's a problem that can be solved by software, they call me back

If you have a hardware replacement problem

I'll contact him and let him know if he'll replace it

Then, the parts were ordered

(You don't have parts in stock???)

It says it takes about three days to repair it comes out.

What?????????

If there is a hardware problem, it takes about a week.

Hmm… I think we can reduce the number of employees who respond to customers in the store by half, no, a quarter..

And shouldn't we hire more engineers who can make repairs???

Well, this is a matter of their emotions and their systems

It's not a matter I can say right or wrong.

It would be optimizing with each effort.

Anyway, in my case, it turned out to be a software problem, so I went to get my MacBook again in three days.

The process went so well when it was returned.

I left the store in a good mood and came back home

Still... Why.. I don't understand if it took three days.

Samsung is... I think I would have used it in 2 hours even if I did it all...

Even for me, who has become an Apple Paddie, buffering takes place in this area.

I'll post a post later that also mentions why I became an Apple Paddy.

Anyway, today, I'm going to post a review of Apple MacBook malfunction..

If the MacBook breaks down, you'll feel at ease.. With the mindset that I might not be able to use it for a week

Slowly~~~ I'm telling you to wait.
