green tea recommendation - St. Dalfour’s / Spring Mint Green Tea

Here is today’s green tea recommendation.

I have a weak stomach.  And it’s not getting any better when the weather gets hot.

My stomach feels bloated and it cannot digest food very well.

So I drink green teas rather than coffees when it’s hot.

It’s known that green teas contain ingredients that are good for digestion.

And mint green teas are the best among those.

Mint has a remedial effect of stabling nerves and improving indigestion.

However, this is only tea, not medicine, so don’t expect too much from it.

It just helps little better than other teas or coffees that are too strong for stomach.

So that’s why I enjoy green teas in the summer.

This is how St. Dalfour’s Spring Mint Green Tea looks like.

There are 25 tea bags in a box and they are quite affordable.

Once it’s fully brewed, the color is bright yellow with little bit of green.

I even started to smell the mint when I put the tea bag into the hot water.

Hope this tea will make your mouth feel minty fresh if you drink it after the meal just like after you brush your teeth.

I have posted about St. Dalfour’s Mango Green Tea before.

Just the same as last time, this green tea is also very soft.

And there is almost no bitterness.  Please keep the brewing time as indicated on the instruction as over brewing might make the tea bitter.

However, this tea has sharper aftertaste than the Mango Green Tea.

Mango green tea has smooth taste whereas mint green tea tastes more like traditional green tea.

I liked them both, but the mint green tea is more like green tea.

This will be a good choice if you want to enjoy sharp and fresh scent of grass in a beautiful hot sunny day.
